**Lead the Fun at Sunset Superbowl - Toowoomba’s Premier Bowling Alley and Arcade**

Sunset Superbowl has been providing Toowoomba with fun and affordable bowling experiences for more than 27 years. As one of Australia’s largest Tenpin Bowling Centres, and rated as one of the top five in the country for amenities, presentation and performance, Sunset Superbowl offers 24 lanes and state-of-the-art bowling facilities.

**The Role**

As Venue Manager, you’ll be the face and force behind daily operations — leading your team, delighting guests, and ensuring everything runs smoothly at Toowoomba’s leading bowling alley, featuring 24 lanes of bowling, an arcade, function room and bowling competitions for any age & skill. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll create an environment where energy is high, service is exceptional, and fun is guaranteed. We are seeking someone with energy, ideas, and a drive to lead a great team

**What You’ll Do**
- Oversee all aspects of venue operations
- Lead, train, and inspire your team to perform at their best
- Deliver outstanding customer service and unforgettable guest experiences
- Manage staff rosters, inventory, and performance
- Take ownership of reporting, and stock control, including ordering supplies and monitoring venue costs
- Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve business goals

- You are FUN, energetic, and ready to lead from the front
- Strong knowledge of bowling operations — this is a key driver for success in the role
- Proven leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or entertainment
- A hands-on, team-first approach to management
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Cool under pressure, with a positive and solution-focused attitude
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Bonus if you hold: RSA, RMLV, Food Safety Supervisor, or a relevant qualification
- Confidence with arcade games and interactive entertainment
