Advanced internal cleaner required for on-going End of lease style cleaning on a government contract for Land and Housing, previous experience preferred but not required.

FBH Building is hiring cleaners to work with us on the Land and Housing Contract in the Macarthur region.

**Tasks and Responsibilities including (but not limited to);**

Cleaning vacated properties internally and possibly externally

End of lease cleans

Working on multiple job sites a day.

Removing small to large items of rubbish

Liaising with supervisors and management

**Requirements;**

Able to work alone with confidence

Experience in Advanced Cleaning is preferred

Full Australian drivers licence

Preferred to have own vehicle

Current police check with reasonably clear record. (some codes will not be accepted as a requirement to work on this contract)

Asbestos Awareness Certificate (Or ability to get the AA certificate)

White Card

**Job Types**: Full-time, Subcontract

**Salary**: $22.00 - $37.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Campbelltown NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
