**The role**:
We are looking for an experienced multi-site manager who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is excited about the youth fashion industry to come onboard as an Area Manager to join our NSW Regional team. Reporting to the National Retail Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of store operations across 5 stores, with particular focus to our 6 KSIs - Sales, Wages, People, Audit and Compliance, Safety and Visual Merchandising. You’ll also work alongside a People Support Coordinator to build and lead high performing teams through effective recruitment, succession planning, talent management and performance management practices.

**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills, and an ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
- Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to lead, motivate, coach and develop large teams
- The ability to build professional working relationships
- The ability to make sound decisions and exercise good judgement
- The ability to analyse and synthesise data into trends and recommendations

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Prepare and manage wages in conjunction with National Retail Manager, and oversee compliance with wages across the region
- Report and analyse sales and customer engagement measures across the region
- Set KPIs for store teams and motivate them to achieve these targets
- Ensure the implementation of, and compliance with, initiatives and processes from all operational areas across the business such as promotions, visual merchandising, loss prevention and compliance
- Develop and implement operational action plans for stores within the region to improve store results and contribute to overall growth
- Manage the overall People functions of your region, including hiring and onboarding new talent, building capability within the store teams, and managing team member performance and conduct.
- Ensure team members within the region are working within City Beach conditions of employment and Company policy and procedure
