**The Role**:
We are looking for someone who is looking for career progression within a fast-paced team environment with a focus on ensuring customers and staff receive quality and efficient service.

You will primarily be delivering and collecting goods from our valued customers over established routes, with some warehouse responsibilities such as receipting, checking and unloading inward goods and operating a forklift.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Licensed operation of a forklift
- Licenced operation of the delivery vehicle (Class C drivers licence is sufficient)
- Site deliveries/collections to various sites/locations
- Route planning (Plotting the most practical routes)
- Interacting professionally with customers to deliver/pickup goods
- General warehousing duties.
- Keeping any vehicle or equipment in safe and clean condition
- Picking and packing of customer orders
- Accurate completion of the relevant paperwork
- Assisting with stock counts
- Moderate level Computer operation

**For this role, you will need to have**:

- Current Drivers Licence (class C - car licence is sufficient)
- Current Forklift Licence
- Demonstrated experience as a Retail Delivery Driver
- Intermediate Computer Skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to deliver excellent, quality customer service.
- Conscientious and Prompt
- Team player
- Ability to work autonomously.

**Desirable**:

- Experience in the Fastener, Industrial and Construction Supply Industry
