**What we're looking for**:

- **Up to two years of experience operating bobcats in road construction (bonus points for **asphalt experience**)**:

- **Must have a Heavy Rigid (HR) License and Construction Induction (White Card)**:

- **Knowledgeable about National Heavy Vehicle Regulations (NHVR) and Chain of Responsibility (COR) Regulations**:

- **Safety-conscious, with a solid understanding of workplace documentation like Safe Work Method Statements**:

- **Great at building relationships, both inside and outside the company**:

- **Flexibility to work overtime, night shifts, and away from home base as needed to get the job done**
