Honour Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated female support workers who are Australian citizens to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes and communities. A strong understanding of Australian culture, including the values and customs shaped by our diverse heritage, is essential for effectively assisting our clients, including individuals with complex needs such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with community access, social activities, and life skills development, reflecting the inclusive and active Australian lifestyle.
- Build meaningful relationships and maintain clear communication with clients and their families, fostering a sense of connection and support.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure client safety and well-being.

**Requirements**:

- **Australian citizen**.
- Experience in disability care, particularly with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities, is highly regarded.
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent or above) is essential.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to engage with clients in a respectful and culturally aware manner.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Valid Working with Children Check.
- NDIS screening card.
- Open driver’s license and comprehensive car insurance.
- Completion of the NDIS orientation module.
- 100 points of ID.

**Job Types**: Casual, Apprenticeship, Graduate

Pay: $39.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 12 per week
