**Join Our Team at KOTO Dining: Supervisor and Duty Manager Positions Available**
Nestled within the heart of our Canberra's historic precinct, KOTO Dining invites you to embark on an unforgettable gastronomic experience within the walls of a captivating heritage building. KOTO Dining pays homage to the rich cultural traditions of Japan while celebrating the beauty and charm of this meticulously preserved architectural gem.
Step through our doors and be transported to a world where ancient elegance seamlessly blends with modern culinary artistry. The moment you enter KOTO Dining, you'll be captivated by the unique fusion of contemporary design elements and the building's original architectural features. The decorative design language is derived from the phenomena of nature such as water flow and the flicker of fire. The juxtaposition of the processed and raw materials expresses Japanese aesthetics Wabi-Sabi; the acceptance of transience and imperfection.
At KOTO Dining, we take pride in presenting a menu that showcases the diverse and refined flavours of Japan. Our team of talented chefs, led by renowned master chef Shinya Nakano, have expertly crafted a selection of dishes that honour centuries-old traditions while incorporating innovative techniques. Drawing inspiration from the changing seasons, our menu is thoughtfully curated to highlight the freshest, locally sourced ingredients.
At KOTO Dining, we are committed to providing exceptional service that mirrors the elegance of our surroundings. We take pride in crafting a truly immersive experience, where the art of dining is elevated to new heights. Indulge your senses and immerse yourself in the enchanting world of KOTO Dining. Allow us to transport you through time and space as we celebrate the beauty of Japan's culinary heritage in the embrace of this historic building.
