We are seeking team members who are available to work 20 - 38 hours per week to join our team as Room Attendant. Part time or full time available. Monday to Friday only. No weekend shift.

Duties include cleaning of guest rooms. We tend to finish our room cleaning duties by 2pm. The team then work together to maintain our property.

We require team members who are available Monday to Friday only. Applicants who are only available on weekends will not be considered.

Our shifts are generally 6 - 8 hours per day for part time staff and 8 hours for full time staff. Our shifts commence near to 8.30am.

Our part time positions are well suited to a local resident or university students, both domestic and international who are searching for stable and long term work. Once rostered, your shift and number of hours worked per day is guaranteed. We do not send you home early.

The Hotel Manager will contact you if required to attend an interview.

Our rates of pay per hour

Monday to Friday - $23.36

Saturday - $28.98

Sunday - $34.59

P/Hol - $51.44

Annual leave, sick leave and superannuation are paid above these rates.

The Urban Newtown is an 81 room industrial studio hotel located in the heart of Sydney's Inner West suburb of Newtown.

Be right in the thick of the action and enjoy the buzz of trendy Newtown and nearby King Street’s energising life. We are also a hop, skip and jump from The Enmore Theatre.
