**THE POSITION**
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely meal delivery and compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage staff rosters, provide training, and lead a motivated, high-performing team
- Ensure excellent customer service, handle complaints, and maintain patient satisfaction
- Manage budgets, track finances, and minimise waste while ensuring service efficiency
- Collaborate with clinical teams and external suppliers to meet dietary and catering requirements
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, conduct audits, and foster a safety-first culture

**THE PERSON**
- Proven experience in operational management within a food services or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership skills, with experience supervising and motivating a diverse team
- Previous experience using menu management systems. Experience with CBORD will be advantageous
- Food Safety Certificate and HACCP compliance, with a thorough understanding of food hygiene practises
- Previous experience with managing allergen and dietary requirements
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Check Clearance and Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Wiling to obtain or provide proof of immunity for vaccine preventable diseases
