**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and other beverages to a high standard.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests at the bar and tables.
- Maintain a clean and well-organised bar area.
- Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and inventory management.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Ensure compliance with RSA and all relevant health and safety regulations.

**About You**
- Minimum 2 years of experience behind the bar in a busy hospitality venue.
- Strong cocktail knowledge and confident in classic and contemporary techniques.
- Passionate about hospitality, presentation, and guest experience.
- Reliable, well-presented, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
- RSA certified.
