**Your New Opportunity**:
We have a great new opportunity for a **Senior Dozer Operator**to join our high-energy and supportive team on-site in **Wingfield, SA.**

This is a **hands-on role** that will require you to **operate dozers** on a daily basis, helping to drive the optimisation of our Soil & Sand Recycling area.

**You will have key responsibility in**:

- Oversee the Clean Fill site operations, ensuring activity is in accordance with fill plans.
- Support the Operations Manager in ensuring EPA guidelines are adhered to.
- Report and record all incidents and hazards in a timely manner.
- Assist with implementation of operational improvement opportunities.
- Manage receipt of materials ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Ensure all company and hired equipment is maintained in line with manufacturers standards and are always operating safety and efficiently.

**About you**:

- Proven experience within the Bulk Earthmoving or related industry.
- Must hold a current **LZ (Dozer) ticket**.
- Knowledge of soil screening and recycling process.
- Current Excavator and/or Loader ticket (preferable).
- Possess sound communication skills with a great work ethic.
- Be self-motivated and have the ability to work with limited supervision.
- Ability to proactively solve problems and present practical workplace solutions.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
