**We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive the bar business at our famous venue in Potts Point. You will need to have a strong business acumen and an ability to identify opportunities to grow and develop the bar. To thrive in this role you will be well-organised and have extensive experience in building and leading a bar team. A positive and collaborative approach is essential to manage our 7-day a week operation.**

You will be from a service-driven background with a sound understanding of service procedures, attention to detail and bar management. A background in beverage, ordering and stock control.

This is a very hands-on role, where you will be expected to run the day-to-day operations of the venue, as well as adhere to all policies and procedures.

**To be considered** for this role, the successful applicant should have:

- Extensive product knowledge and a passion for the beverage industry
- Strong attention to detail and leadership skills
- A sound financial understanding
- Confidence in running a fast-paced service and medium-sized team
- A background in beverage KPIs
- ordering, stock takes and stock management.
- Excellent guest interaction
