A restaurant fit for its vista, mimi’s reflects our deep connection to the coast. Arched windows frame a view that changes with the seasons and the tide. Drawing on this, executive chef Jordan Toft presents a menu with a unique sense of place and a Mediterranean soul.

**The Role**

We are looking for our next energetic and experienced **Kitchen Hand** at a **full time**capacity that has the drive to go outside the box, to help in the kitchen, and jump in where needed.

To be successful in this role you must be:

- Experienced at least 1 year in a kitchen hand role in a quality high-volume restaurant or bar
- Experienced in product handling, labelling, and basic food handling
- Working collaboratively with a team and independently during quiet periods
