Lytton, Australia Beginning Boutique Full time

**Beginning Boutique is** **currently looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join us in our Warehouse Team.**

**A day in the life of a Warehouse Assistant** **is never the same but will entail**:

- Reporting directly to the Manager and working closely with our Supply Chain team
- Picking and Packing orders to KPI
- Manage all stock movements into the warehouse
- Stock counting, receiving and locating within the warehouse and its procedures
- Ensure the warehouse is well kept & easily accessible
- Provide feedback to the warehouse team on how to manage stock efficiently
- Minimise shrinkage & contribute to the overall stock take results through sound loss prevention processes
- Assist with coordinating all aspects of cycle stock takes
- Work in collaboration with the Management to achieve inventory management excellence
- Maintaining daily workflow ensuring efficient operation
- Adhoc administration duties
- Process customers returns to KPI

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Previous experience in a stock related role
- Understanding of a fast fashion warehouse environment
- Experience in dealing with high volumes of stock
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent organisational & time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with a warehouse management system
- Passion & ‘fit’ for the Beginning Boutique product range & culture
- Full rights to work in Australia
- Availability to work Monday-Friday between 7am and 6pm
- Sound computer skills
- Effective communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Works well under pressure
