**The Role**

You would be accountable for ensuring cost control processes for the execution enables accurate budgeting and forecasting. Ensuring the allocation of cost is in accordance with assigned budgets. Manage the Post award of various key contracts to ensure the procurement of goods and services provided for campaigns are in accordance with Origin core process and the terms and conditions of the contracts.

Responsible for development and execution of future procurement strategies to realise improved performance in the safe and reliable delivery of goods and services for increased value for all stakeholders.

Coordinates and influences across multi-disciplinary teams.

Develops and executes campaign contracts and provides the post contract administration to optimise contractor relationship.

Application of management and performance tools to drive clear alignment between tactical work and strategic goals/ KPIs

Provides post award contract management for the Contract Owners

Creates the cost structures for the campaign, Including SAP projects and WBS, reports, estimate and budget sheets.

Creates the campaign budgets to Origin finance and Asset requirements and represents the budget for all IG financial and Asset performance requirements.

Provide the business single point of contact to ensure compliance to cost management objectives, including providing cost codes to the team, Origin timesheet and suppliers of good and services.

Skills/Experience/Qualifications

Essential;
Tertiary qualified in commerce, economics, accounting, law, engineering, business or similar relevant discipline

Desirable;
- Broad experience and demonstrated commercial acumen in the administration of complex contracts in an engineering and industrial construction environment
- Highly computer system competent in SAP or equivalent ERP system, reporting systems like Power BI
- Motivated, efficient, proactive and professional with a respect for confidentiality
- Complex stakeholder management
- Fosters diversity and inclusion in the workplace
- Experience in developing budgets for project, aggregating actuals, and analysing forecasts
- Strong communication - both written and oral presentation skills
- Experience with a Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS), preferably SAP
- Experienced in managing a workload in a high-performing teams
