**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests with a smile and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner.
- Handle reservations and manage guest requests or special needs.
- Ensure that all guests have an enjoyable and seamless experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role (hotel experience a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
