About The Role:
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Event Coordination:

- Plan, organise, and execute a diverse range of events for Opteon, including webinars, conferences, and networking events.
- Develop comprehensive event timelines, budgets, and schedules to ensure seamless execution and adherence to deadlines.

Event Sponsorships:

- Identify strategic external events and conferences relevant to Opteon’s industry and target audience.
- Cultivate relationships with event organisers and negotiate sponsorship packages to maximise brand visibility and exposure.

Marketing Administration:

- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including management the marketing inbox, promotional items and other marketing administration tasks as required.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products, services, and brand awareness.

About you:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in event coordination and marketing administration.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
