We are a Melbourne-based specialist manufacturer and supplier of classical and ornamental plaster products including Cornices, Ceiling Roses, Columns, Arches, Ceiling Panels, Adams Panels, Domes, Art Deco Panels and Vaulted Ceilings.

We specialize in custom architectural plaster moulding and seek a full time Fibrous Plasterer with specific experience in custom plaster moulding.

You must have at least three years of full time relevant work experience, attention to detail, experience liaising with onsite installation teams and able to meet client deadlines

The day to day tasks will include:

- Liaising with onsite installation team to confirm customer requirements
- Interpreting plans and blueprints to ensure that custom moulds will meet requirements of the room and the building
- Using a range of tools to shape, smooth and level plaster surfaces including but not limited to trowels, sponges, sandpaper, jointing knives and float
- Ensuring that moulds are created to allow positioning and securing to walls, ceilings and other structures
- Adhering to all OHS requirements of the workplace
- Preparing corner beads to ensure they will fit into position
- Creating decorative textures in finish coats

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dandenong, VIC 3175: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
