The role is Registrar Cooma. The role will also provide Registrar relief throughout the region in the weeks when Cooma court is not sitting.
**Your role**
This role will be responsible for a team to deliver high quality and professional services to clients.
The role requires someone who is willing to undertake extensive travel throughout the Illawarra South region and stay overnight if necessary. The role is based at Queanbeyan, with regular travel to Cooma to support the Court and throughout the region, to provide relief. This role will allow the successful applicant to work across a variety of locations, building skills, capabilities and relationships.
**What you’ll do**
Leading the team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing, developing and motivating staff in a fast paced and challenging environment
- Work across a variety of locations, building rapport with many different staff members
- Adapt to being in a variety of different places and roles in multiple locations
- Implementing procedures and training to ensure staff are adequately equipped to deliver best practices and standards to clients
- Constantly implementing current processes and procedures that are in line with legislation
- Dealing with staff issues and providing feedback or assistance to staff
- Adapting to work in different jurisdictions
- Supervising the team, this role will promote a positive working environment that values ethical behaviour and good performance whilst meeting statutory and administrative obligations.
