Our APAC Installation, Commissioning & Service team is expanding, and we are looking for a Site Supervisor to join us. In this role, you will oversee field service activities at the site level, which includes supervising both internal and external resources assigned to the Waratah Super Battery Site.

As a Site Supervisor, you will manage a field service team that may consist of anywhere from 1 to many team members, depending on the scale of ongoing maintenance activities. This position is essential as it requires hands-on involvement in the field, as well as overseeing all activities to prioritize site safety and ensure tasks are completed with a focus on quality and efficiency. You will serve as a role model and trainer for all Powin technicians and Approved Service Providers (ASPs) assigned to operations and maintenance at the Waratah Super Battery.

**Job Details**:

- Prioritize and enforce safe work practices and policies as outlined in the Energy Control Program and Operations and Maintenance manuals.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding safe work practices on the job site.
- Act as the company’s onsite, customer-focused ambassador by adhering to customer safety programs and onsite safety protocols; serve as a resource for addressing technical questions related to Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) installation, commissioning, and field operations.
- Complete and submit all required documentation and reports, including Daily Reports, Checklists, Field Reports, Commissioning, Maintenance, Operations Reports, scheduled service reports, and Quality Issue reports.
- Ensure that all supervised workers are qualified for their tasks onsite and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) as needed for training, including for Powin staff and Approved Service Providers.
- Support the development and execution of operations and maintenance plans, including resource allocation and scheduling as needed.
- Supervise battery examinations and inspections, identifying and resolving issues and errors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Prior leadership experience preferred.
- Experience in planning, reviewing, maintaining, and executing maintenance and operations schedules for large electrical installations.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings and specifications, and understand the terms and conditions of Project Contracts, Subcontracts, and Purchase Orders.
- Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office software (including Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and PowerPoint), Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration and project management tools.
- Proven ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with customers, project team members, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in customer-focused problem-solving.
