A new role working as part of a team undertaking cleaning duties at a commercial & office precinct in Central Ipswich.

The 88 Limestone Street Precinct consists of three adjacent two and three-storey buildings linked and enhanced by a modern outdoor entertaining area and landscaped gardens. The spaces occupied within the precinct consist of professional office suites and a boutique hospitality precinct.

We are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced
**Cleaner** to join our team on a permanent part-time basis to maintain the cleaning and upkeep requirements of the property.

We are a large and diversified business made up of a friendly and professional group of employees living and working around the Ipswich region.

Duties of the role, is the
**cleaning** of
**offices and common areas**, which include the following:

- Vacuuming and mopping office spaces, venues and common areas
- Cleaning office kitchens and desks
- Emptying rubbish bins
- Cleaning toilets and bathrooms
- Cleaning windows, sills and glass doors
- General cleaning of common areas and tenant spaces indoors and outside

The successful applicant will be a reliable person who takes pride in your work. You will require excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

In return, you will be respected for the work that you put in and paid accordingly. Prior similar experience in a commercial environment would be preferred, however, we’re happy to consider domestic cleaning experience as well.

We are a well-established business in the Ipswich region with a great reputation and can offer a long-term, stable position

To be eligible for consideration, you’ll need to be willing to undertake a National Police History Check.
