We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Retail Manager to join our Canberra team and help deliver exceptional customer experiences while overseeing daily store operations.

**Job Overview**:
As the Retail Manager of our Canberra shop, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team to achieve sales targets. You will play a key role in maintaining the smooth running of our branches while ensuring a fun, welcoming environment for all customers.
- Oversee the daily operations of our Canberra shop, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient

processes.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring high standards of customer service are consistently met.
- Plan and manage stock levels, orders, and inventory to prevent shortages or waste.
- Monitor sales performance and drive strategies to achieve sales targets and increase

profitability.
- Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene practices are followed.
- Implement promotional activities, marketing strategies, and seasonal campaigns to boost sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as industry regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong understanding of retail sales principles and customer service excellence.
- Experience in inventory management, stock control, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in a food retail environment.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
