**What this opportunity involves**:
You will provide comprehensive coordination of Soft and Hard Service for this blue-chip client located in the Sydney CBD, ensuring the management of critical systems and equipment operations on site. The shift team is responsible for the 24x7 uninterrupted electrical and mechanical operations including immediate incident response. This role is expected to work on a rotational shift roster basis between varying hours Monday to Friday and 24 hours Saturday to Sunday.

Reporting into the Account Manager you will also be responsible for all operational activities with respect to incident response and management, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, administration and finance and helpdesk services.

Your new role with JLL will see you working shifts across a 24 x 7 roster, ensuring that the clients facilities are monitored and maintained to exceptional standards at all times. A facilities or security background will be favorably considered. You will be an effective communicator with good verbal and written abilities with the capacity to manage contractors, drive projects and prepare/deliver reports to key stakeholders. Most important is you are self-motivated with the ability to work alone and unsupervised.
