**Job Title: Office Administrator**
Based in Terrigal
**Job Type**:Part-time (as applicable)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Invoicing**: Prepare and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- **Payroll**: Process pay runs, including staff salaries, deductions, and statutory payments.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team by managing customer orders, contracts, and general sales administration.
**Skills and Requirements**:
- Experience with invoicing and payroll systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with MS Office and relevant office management software.
