**Explorers Early Learning Beaconsfield**:
Detailed attention has been placed on planning each indoor and outdoor space at our centre, with a focus on nature and sustainability. Our centre has been designed to stimulate children’s creativity, exploration and sense of belonging.

We would like to ensure for consistency and new families joining us that our educators are present and building those relationships with our children and families across the week. Monday to Friday availability is preferred.

At Explorers we are inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach and so an understanding of this practice is essential.

**The Role**:
We are looking to welcome Early childhood educators to join us. It’s an exciting role and a great way to start your career in the industry. You will have the opportunity to work alongside warm welcoming educators who can share their knowledge and ideas with you.

**We are looking to welcome Educators who are**:

- Enthusiastic and energetic
- Passionate about providing quality learning environments for children
- Committed and professional
- Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS

**Key requirements**:

- An approved early learning qualification, or evidence of studying towards an early learning qualification
- A demonstrated interest in children and their development
- First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Working with children check
- Working rights
- Visa / Passport
- Photo ID
