Estimating Assistant

Due to expansion, an opportunity has arisen for an Estimator’s Assistant to join the team here at Elba Kitchens. The role involves but is not limited to looking after all project quotation / Pricing requests for both joinery and stone.

**Role / Responsibilities**

1. Action all stone pricing requests within timely and accurate manner

2. Action all amendment requests within a timely and accurate manner

3. Action all quote requests in a timely and accurate manner

7. Assist other administrative departments as required

9. Undertake any reasonable additional duties and responsibilities at the request of the General Manager, Stakeholders or Team Leader/s. Responsibilities may change in line with the situational requirements of the business.

**COMPETENCIES**
- Experience within a related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and competencies in data entry, problem-solving, pricing projects & reading and deciphering construction plans.
- Sound understanding of the necessity of adherence to workplace policies and procedures.

**PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES**:

- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Responsible and reliable
- Demonstrated willingness to operate in a variety of capacities as required by business needs
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and professionally with limited supervision.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
