**About the position**

Located in Port Stephens, The Anchorage Hotel & Spa offers luxurious accommodation from spacious rooms to mezzanine-style loft suites and an exclusive villa. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer oriented Guest Relations Attendant to provide our guests with an exceptional experience.
- Key accountabilities include:
- Provide and project friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
- Welcome and serve sparking wine on arrival
- Maintaining guest accounts and assisting with guest enquiries
- Processing of financial transactions
- Handling reservation enquiries and bookings
- Guest Check In / Out
- Resolve any guests complaints
- Advise guests on local attractions and activities
- Up-sell and promote Hotel services

Our Front Desk operations are 24 hours, with our shifts running from 6:30am to 10:30pm. You will be required to work a variety of shifts across a 7 day roster.

**Certifications required: RSA**

**About you**

You take a professional approach to your customer service and thrive on going above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable stay. Your attention to detail and ability to multi-task will see you thrive in this role. Ideally you come from a guest relations background, within the hotel sector, although this is not essential.
