**Description**:
Martinus are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Accounts team on a casual contract basis for 6-8 months. This is a hybrid opportunity which can be based between our Kirrawee office and home.

Tasks and Responsiblities
- Data-entry - ensure all incoming invoices are voucher matched by the end of each day
- Purchase orders - raise POs for operation staff as required
- Payment runs - co-ordinate payment runs with Financial Controller & Bookkeeper to ensure optimum efficiency & cashflow
- Reconciliations - ensure vendor statements are reconciled each month and invoices are requested and entered
- GL coding - have a working knowledge of the Martinus chart of accounts and job numbers. Able to provide coding advice to staff
- Other administrative duties - ad-hoc duties to provide support to other team members as required. Includes filing, scanning, archiving, and any other required ad-hoc administrative duties

**Skills and Experiences**:
Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable

System Knowledge
- Experience with SAP highly regarded
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel - confident with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
