Our team are recognised and appreciated for the work they do every day to ensure children's health and well-being. At Chipmunks by the Sea, you will have the opportunity to be mentored and supported by an experienced team with not only many combined years of knowledge in the industry but also many combined years at this service.

We are looking for a motivated, passionate and enthusiastic person who is interested in completing a Trainee Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. This is a junior position within our service, school leavers are encouraged to apply.

**As a trainee your duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Contributing to the program
- Assisting the Room Leader and staff in the day to day tasks e.g cleaning, preparing meals.
- Supervision of children during indoor and outdoor experiences
- Engaging children in meaningful learning experiences
- Providing a safe and fun environment for children

The trainee position is full-time hours, Monday - Friday. Weekly study time will be allocated during the working week.

There is potential for either full-time or casual employment once the traineeship is completed.

Pay: $14.00 - $22.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Rotating roster
