**About the Role**
We’re looking for an **Event AV Co-ordinator **to join our dynamic team. Based at our Green Fields, SA 5107 warehouse, you’ll be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and occasionally repairing photo and video equipment. Once ready, the equipment will be handed over to our set-up team for transportation to events. You may also be required to provide remote technical support to the set-up team during events as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and prepare photo and video equipment for our set-up team.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
- Manage technical logistics to ensure smooth event execution.
- Maintain and organize AV inventory at our Green Fields warehouse.
- Collaborate with the team to uphold Snap Lab’s reputation for delivering exceptional brand activations.

- Flexible schedule to meet the demands of event preparation.

- Basic understanding of electronics and electrical components.
- Familiarity with camera equipment and interfaces.

- Experience with rostering and event scheduling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Soldering skills.
- Experience training or mentoring team members.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract, Freelance

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
