**Community Kids Haven Knoxfield** is looking for an enthusiastic **Early Childhood Assistant** to join our vibrant childcare and early learning centre

Your Role - Make Every Day Meaningful
- Create engaging activities that spark curiosity, imagination, and a love of learning.
- Support each child’s growth by encouraging independence, problem-solving, and social skills.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families, keeping them involved and informed.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels confident, secure, and excited to learn

What You Need to Shine
- A recognised Early Childhood Education qualification approved by ACECQA.
- A genuine passion for nurturing and guiding young learners.
- Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
- A valid Working with Children Check and Mandatory Reporting Certification.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude

**Qualification**:

- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, Diploma
- Current VIC Working with Children Check
