Edge Early Learning Brahma Lodge provides quality childcare and kindergarten programs tailored to children aged 6 weeks to school age. The team at Brahma Lodge implement a curriculum where the classroom environments are designed to be calm and lessons are structured around real-life experiences. Our curriculum also includes languages, cultural lessons, sustainability, music and movement, arts and crafts and more

**As a Second Early Childhood Teacher/Lead Educator, you will**:

- Lead a team of Educators within a room, whilst focusing on individual development and mentoring in the education, care and supervision of each child.
- Have the ability to work collaboratively with fellow Educators to develop and implement inspirational educational programs.
- Create a friendly, stimulating and interactive learning environment.
- Nurture and develop our team members so they confidently contribute to our children’s learning.
- Develop trusting and honest relationships with children, families, colleagues, management and community stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with EYLF and NQS are met or exceeded.

To be considered for a role, you will enjoy forming on-going professional relationships with children and families, and hold the following qualifications and attributes, along with experience in the early childhood sector:

- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current Mandatory Notification Training or willingness to obtain.
- Dedicated and passionate leader
- Extensive knowledge of the National Quality Framework and an understanding of the principles of Early Years Learning Framework
- Thrive working within a team; and
- Enjoy having some fun along the way
