**What You'll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Superpowers)**:

- Teaching kids, teens, and grown-ups (yes, they count too) how to draw, paint, sculpt, and make epic art.
- Turning your art skills into unforgettable lessons—beginner, pro, and everyone in between.
- Giving feedback like a pro (but, like, the nice kind that actually helps).
- Showing off student art in exhibitions (because their art is worth it).
- Keeping our studio clean and safe—no tripping over paint buckets, please.
- Learning cool, new art trends so your students think you're a genius.

**What You Need to Be Awesome at This Job**:

- Art skills that WOW (Fine Arts degree or similar experience = bonus points).
- At least 2 years of teaching experience with kids, teens, or adults.
- The magic ability to inspire and motivate everyone around you.
- Be cool with photos and videos
- Have a portfolio of your work. (No portfolio? Sorry, we can't high-five you.)

**Extra Cool if You Can**:

- Teach digital art or oil painting like a champ.
- Handle Insta Reels and posts
- Show your skills to students from different backgrounds.
- Rock online art classes too.
