**About the business and the role**:
We are a fast paced, high volume men's fashion wear brand with a strong presence in the marketplace. We pride ourselves on good customer service and constant dedication to producing and delivering high quality men's wear. An exciting opportunity has occurred for an Area Manager to lead our WA Team

**Ideally you will have**:

- A strong retail background with a passion to achieve company KPI's
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work in an intense fast pace environment.
- Ability to identify opportunities through the analysis of reports.
- Strong communication skills (verbal / written)
- Planning and organisational skills
- Training and development skills
- Ability to recruit and motivate Team
- The ability to set clear direction and follow up

Having strong sales and KPI focus and an ability to drive the business through your team is preferred to an apparel background. You may be from a cosmetics, Telco or fast food background and want to get into fashion?
