**About The Role**

Hairhouse is looking for a 2nd in charge, to support our Store leader to empower and manage our amazing team and promote best practice store operations.

We offer the perfect start to your Hairhouse leadership journey, where you will get to work with experienced store leaders, to help develop you in the role.

You will bring your previous management experience (and/or natural leadership qualities) to coach and mentor the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences across all areas of the business including retail and salon. You will also need to be a competent and confident hairdresser, to ensure our team can be supported by your expertise

**Duties**
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all Hairhouse customers
- Manage day to day operations of the store and meet compliance requirements
- Ensure the store is well presented, clean and always stocked appropriately
- Identify opportunities to drive and increase sales
- Ensure the store is merchandised according to brand guidelines and drive successful marketing campaigns
- Cultivate a strong, supportive and inclusive culture with your team.
- Support the team in retail and salon.

**Skills and Experience**
- A passion for Hair and Beauty
- Certificate 3 in hairdressing is essential
- Experience in guiding a team to achieve KPIs and sales targets
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong people management skills.
