ResourceCo have exciting opportunities for passionate and experienced **Fitter Machinist’s** to work closely with our industry specialist and energetic Maintenance Manager and teams at our Cleanaway ResourceCo Plant in **Wetherill Park, NSW**
**Your Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Assist stakeholders with new plant design including analysis of drawings, potential plant improvements and planned maintenance improvements.
- Supporting the drive for continuous improvements for safety
- Conducting regular reviews of all plant equipment and acting on any needed maintenance
- Always leading by example for promoting safety and safe work practices
- Ensuring all assigned planned work is completed efficiently and effectively
- Displaying highly organized and efficiently planning skills
- Supporting a highly functioning team by promoting a hands-on, people-focused, and inclusive approach to workplace culture and collaborative work styles
- Actively training and mentoring training apprentices
- Implementing ResourceCo Values (Sustainable, Committed, Creative and Agile) into day-to-day practice
- Ensuring all material handling equipment, large screening and hammer mill and gear box repairs and maintenance are conduced regularly

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Fitter - Trade Certificate
- Minimum 3 years’ Fitter experience
- Forklift Licence
- Riggers & Confined Space High Risk Tickets (is desirable but not essential)
- Scissor Lift experience
- Welding experience (is desirable but not essential)
