Barista/all Rounder

Seeking a full time / part time / casual Barista for Greens & Grains café located in Beaconsfield.

Job type: full time, permanent, casual option available

Café opening times: 7 days, 7:30am - 3:30pm
- At least 2 years’ experience in a barista role
- Good latte art skills
- A passion for serving amazing coffee
- Ability to work under pressure
- Friendly, efficient and able to build rapport with our customers
- Must be available to work weekends; preferrable Sundays
- Ability to assist in other areas of the café
- A true team player that can work efficiently and loves to be part of a well functioning team
- have a strong emphasis on quality, speed of service and OH&S safety regulations
- Ability to adapt to different scenarios and events
- Display honest and respectful behaviour
