Develop your hospitality skills and embrace a unique environment as a **Food and Beverage All Rounder** at **HMAS Albatross (Nowra) **Join the established team and receive full training and support while working with a dynamic and fun team.

**The Position**:

- Casual positions available - earliest start 6am, latest finish 9.30pm
- Opportunity across 7 day operation over two different sites locally
- Enjoy a variety of shift opportunities including front of house customer service to kitchen support and food preparation
- Contribute to the front of house team in dining rooms, functions, kitchen areas and bar
- Provide food and beverage service while maintaining food service and preparation areas, along with basic food preparation
- Drive exceptional customer service to the people of the Defence force
- Maintain company policies and food safety practices

**The Person**:

- Hospitality experience beneficial - learn on the job with full training
- RSA qualified
- Knife handling, food safety and preparation skills are a plus
- Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Can do attitude and drive to jump into any task required
