**THE TEAM**:
The Finance Services team are responsible for supporting our business and customer transactions by delivering effective financial and accounting controls, providing efficient shared services and leverage technology to simplify and standardize processes.
The Credit team ensure the efficient management of credit practices within relevant CCEP business units, understanding, managing and mitigating credit risk.
**THE ROLE**:
Reporting directly to the Credit Collections Team Manager, the **Credit Collections Officer** is responsible for executing the day to day collection activities of the team, including inbound customer and key stakeholder enquiries and outbound collection calls, ensuring effective and timely communication with key Australian Beverages customers for CCEP.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for conducting collection calls to collect Accounts Receivables across all assigned customer portfolios. Daily outbound calls to discuss debt and obtain payment from customers.
- Ensure effective securement as well as prompt payments from customers while employing commercial sensitivity, business acumen, and good judgment in order to deliver against CCEP and Customer goals.
- Responsible for researching and resolving day to day financial discrepancies and maintaining accurate records to keep customer accounts in good standing.
- Act as key point of contact to resolve credit / collection related issues in a timely manner and ensure all queries are dealt with correctly and efficiently.
- Help resolve customer disputes resolution effectively, whilst working closely with the various departments to enhance the customer service delivery, that provides prompt and accurate resolution outcomes for CCEP customers.
- Lead the day to day maintenance of accurate collection files and electronic collection notes for each customer account within assigned customer portfolios.
- Ensure effective customer service and develops relationships with internal/external customers and act as a key representative of CCEP customer goals and vision.
- Assist the Credit Collections Team Manager in driving improvements within the team, specifically focusing on faster collections processes through automation and streamlining processes.
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Working knowledge of inbound and outbound collection management practices, with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an FMCG organisation.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Problem Solving and Decision-Making Skills
- Intermediate proficiency in SAP (desirable), MS Excel and Word.
- Salesforce (Desirable)
