We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Medical Receptionist. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking telehealth mental health service, where you will contribute to making a real difference in the lives of patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the first point of contact for our patients, providing them with compassionate and efficient support over the phone and through virtual platforms.
- Utilize your exceptional people and communication skills to create a warm and welcoming environment for patients seeking mental health care.
- Take charge of appointment scheduling, ensuring seamless coordination between patients and psychiatrists.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using our state-of-the-art electronic medical record system.
- Handle administrative tasks, including documentation, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Embrace technology and telehealth platforms, assisting patients in navigating virtual appointments and troubleshooting any technical issues.
- Collaborate closely with our experienced psychiatrists and medical staff, facilitating effective communication and efficient patient care.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our telehealth service, providing valuable insights and suggestions to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent people and communication skills, with a professional telephone manner that brings comfort and reassurance to patients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, allowing you to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Previous experience in medical reception and administration, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment (not mandatory).
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.
- Proficiency with computers and technology, including the ability to quickly adapt to new software and virtual platforms.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
- A genuine passion for medical administration and a desire to grow and advance in this field, contributing to the future success of HelloDoc.
- **You MUST be available from Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm. This is not a casual role and full weekdays availability is REQUIRED.**:

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
