We are looking for a **Lifestyle Coordinator (LC)** to join our leadership team whose primary purpose is to assess and facilitate resident's individual lifestyle needs and preferences and work with the resident, families, and employees to achieve quality of life outcomes for the resident. We operate a wonderful home in** Stockton, Newcastle.**

The Lifestyle Coordinator will build genuine relationships with residents and their families whilst developing, coordinating, and delivering individualised lifestyle programs. This will include overseeing documentation requirements, developing and maintaining monthly activity calendars, coaching, and working closely with the care team who are involved in the delivery of lifestyle functions. And above all working with the residents to achieve their lifestyle goals.

**Key Requirements**:

- Cert IV in Leisure and Health
- Ability to develop and implement individual and group programs and activities
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar role
- Experience working in a large Aged Care Facility (desirable)
- Good communication skills, listening, written and oral
- An understanding of the ageing process and disease progression
- Genuine interest in talking to people and ability to encourage others to enjoy their lives to their full capacity
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- First Aid Certificate or the ability to secure one
- Current Police Check
- Current Influenza Vaccination and COVID-19 Vaccination (including booster)
