**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting food preparation, such as washing and chopping vegetables, and measuring ingredients
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils
- Sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out trash
- Washing dishes and keeping the kitchen area clean and tidy
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and following proper food handling procedures

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures
