Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Serve food and drinks to customers at the counter and/or tables
- Handle payments and provide correct change
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the front of house, including tables, counters, and customer areas
- Refill condiments, restock service areas, and monitor supply levels
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and barista staff to ensure smooth service
- Assist in setting up and closing down the café
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Promote menu items and upsell where appropriate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.06 per hour
