**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a Digital Experience Manager who can help us grow our brand and reach new customers across different platforms. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns that showcase our unique resident experience and attract students from around the world. You will also work closely with our agency partners and internal teams to ensure that our web, social, and direct communications are consistent, engaging, and effective.

This is a role based in our Sydney CBD Head Office.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**

You are not afraid to fail, obsessive over analytics and testing to grow are in your DNA. Our audience is the largest and most diverse generation in history, we often consider ourselves to have digital brains and analogue hearts connecting with our customer. You may consider yourself a technician, comfortable jumping in the back end of the website making daily recommendations, you live and breathe digital results.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience
- Technical, data-driven, customer-focused, and eager to learn
- Budget, process, and agency management skills
- Excellent communication skills and professional tone
