**The Job**

We're offering an initial 3 Month Internship program for students in Management or related fields who are looking to start their careers. With the possibility to extend. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated, team player who wants to learn what to do in an Operations Management role

You will gain experience by assisting the Operations team, understanding the Operations process in a small business and contributing with a meaningful variety of tasks to the operation of the business.

We’re a small but high-performing team, so you’ll need to take direction and have tons of initiative and maturity to work autonomously when needed.

To be considered for this Internship, you must hold or be nearing completion of a relevant Degree and have Australian working rights.

What you can expect to learn:

- How the “Flex” Inventory Management System works.
- Maintenance and Support of the Flex System
- Managing Outgoing freight, check-out, packing, booking and tracking
- Managing Incoming freight, check-in, unpacking
- Admin tasks
- Managing Maintenance program

**The Person**
- We're looking for someone who has:

- A keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Innovative with the ability to contribute ideas.
- The ability to work quickly and prioritise tasks.
- The ability and confidence to contribute to the discussion.
- The ability to provide practical recommendations.
- You must have excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- You must also be highly competent in Word and Excel

High Calibre Operations Management or Management related student currently studying at University

**The Absolute Musts**

You must be a permanent resident or Citizen of Australia.

You must have education in Operations Management / Management
