- You are a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Officer with a strong interest in laboratory work and a commitment to quality and precision. With sound technical knowledge, effective communication skills, and a collaborative approach, you take pride in contributing to accurate and reliable outcomes that support broader scientific and organisational goals.

**Qualified and Skilled**: Hold a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a recognised field, supported by knowledge of laboratory principles, scientific practice, and Work Health and Safety requirements.
- **Organised and Reliable**: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritise workloads, and maintain accuracy while meeting defined timelines and performance standards.
- **Collaborative and Communicative**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment and handle confidential information professionally.
- **Practical and Problem-Solving**: Possess a proactive attitude, sound numerical and computer skills, and the ability to use initiative to resolve problems and contribute to continuous improvement in laboratory operations.
