Team Leader (Aged Care) - Gold Coast

Our
**Gold Coast (Robina/Southport) **team are currently looking for a
**full time Team Leader on a 6-month fixed term contract with possible extension. **We are looking for someone to manage our staff and clients attending the Wellbeing program (exercise classes run by Fitness Instructors), to help recruit across all departments as well as assisting with some administration such as completing annual client reviews over the phone
**. **We are seeking a Team Leader who has a particular interest and experience in aged care.

This role is based on the Gold Coast and will be 7.6 hours per day from Monday through to Friday 8am to 4pm.

**A typical day in your new role**:

- Provide supervision, leadership & guidance to Fitness Instructors
- Provide customer service to our clients
- Assist with the recruitment of new staff
- Complete annual client reviews over the phone

**What you need to apply**:

- Certificate IV in Home and Community Care or equivalent
- Current National Police Certificate - or willingness to obtain
- Current Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle

- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - and the ability to relate to a wide range of people
- A sound understanding of the community care system and the people who utilise this service
- Diplomacy and negotiation skills; people management capabilities
