**The Opportunity**:
We are recruiting an Executive General Manager of IT, who will lead and oversee the design, development and implementation of the Information Technology strategy. This will occur across the business to achieve maximum efficiency, digital transformation and integration. In this role you will collaborate with other Executive and Senior Leaders to ensure that the technology platforms align with the overall business strategy.

**Key Duties**:

- Develop and implement technology platform strategies and roadmaps, that will enable integration of services through contemporary technology solutions- Develop and oversee the Cybersecurity program of work to meet the needs of the Executive and Board approved Risk appetite- Lead the selection, engagement and management of external systems providers and build strong and effective relationships with internal and external partners- Lead and oversee the development and implementation of Information Technology related policies and standards- Drive high performance by taking accountability and leading direct reports, as well as the wider team to achieve strategic targets and goals

**About You**:
**Skills and Expertise**:

- Excellent knowledge of Information Management, Information Technology computer systems and Software and the ability to manage the entire spectrum of Information Technology operations- Excellent understanding of Software testing approaches, Automation, and Agile methodologies to deliver quick solutions in a multi-disciplinary environment- A strong strategic and business mindset with superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and strengths in Data Analysis, Budgeting and Business Operations- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, communicate and build strong working relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
