Parts Interpreter/customer Service

Have you worked in the Marine or Automotive industry, and have a passion for providing great customer service to clients? We are currently looking for an experienced parts interpreter to join our growing team.

A & M Marine - Mandurah's family owned and run Suzuki dealership and Marine Service Centre located in the picturesque Port Bouvard Marina in Wannanup, just south of Mandurah. Offering an expert service for our clients, plus new engines, boats, accessories and retail sales.

Starting 16 years ago as a small mobile marine business and have now grown to a thriving Suzuki marine dealership, we are looking for a suitable person to join our team.

Well respected in the industry for providing a high quality service, doing things the right way - using genuine and quality parts, we have built a substantial and continually growing customer base, who trust our experience and love the customer service and care that we provide.
- Experience in the Marine or Automotive Industry, preferably in a parts/customer service capacity
- Confident Use of computer systems, for bookings, parts, ordering.

You will be able to;
- provide high quality customer service, including answering the telephone, obtaining the correct details, organising bookings, and general information;
- assist our customers in the showroom as well as on the phone with retail sales and orders of equipment and accessories;
- someone who has fantastic attention to detail, who cares about the customer and ensures we do what we can to assist.
- work independently, and part of a team;
- must be willing to assist with a variety of tasks, as required that will assist the team to provide the level of service our customers deserve;
- keeping the showroom and workshop areas clean and tidy, restocking showroom items as required;
- have a genuine interest in people, to assist the team to work towards our vision and provide "Peace of Mind on the Water"
