**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Utilize various learning technologies and resources to facilitate engaging and effective lessons.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively to create a supportive and productive learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
- Assist in curriculum development to ensure alignment with educational standards and best practices.
- Provide support for adult education programs as needed, adapting teaching methods accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Foster a nurturing atmosphere that encourages student participation and self-confidence.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with children or in adult education settings.
- Strong skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and curriculum development.
- Familiarity with learning technologies that enhance student engagement and understanding.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience in childcare or preschool settings is a plus.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs and learning styles.
- A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed academically.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
